Subprocessors
These providers help HOSTAL PTY LTD operate Plain Accounts and process only the information needed for their service.
1. Amazon Web Services
Cloud hosting, managed infrastructure, storage and operational logging. Primary application region: Sydney, Australia.
2. Stripe
Subscription billing and, when a workspace separately activates it, connected customer payments. Stripe processing locations and terms apply.
3. Transactional email
The configured transactional-email provider delivers account, invoice and service email from the Plain Accounts domain using the message content and metadata required for delivery.
4. Optional connections
Bank feeds, payroll or tax gateways and connected products become relevant only when the customer activates the corresponding connection.
5. Changes and questions
The list is updated before a new material subprocessor begins processing where required. Questions or reasonable objections may be sent to privacy@plainaccounts.com.
6. Jurisdiction and local rights
These documents are governed by the law stated in the Terms of service, subject to mandatory privacy, consumer and data-protection rights in the customer’s country. Customers operating outside Australia should obtain advice about obligations specific to their activity and location.
