Accessibility statement
Plain Accounts is designed to be understandable, navigable and usable by more people.
1. Our approach
We aim to align the public site and core workflows with WCAG 2.2 Level AA through semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, zoom support and meaningful labels.
2. Testing and improvement
Representative desktop, tablet and phone layouts are tested as the product changes. Complex financial grids, charts and third-party provider screens may still present limitations and are included in ongoing review.
3. Assistance
If a barrier prevents completion of a task, email support@plainaccounts.com with the page and task. Assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical alternative.
4. Effective date
This statement is effective 22 October 2026 and applies to the Plain Accounts public website and web application operated by HOSTAL PTY LTD.
5. Jurisdiction and local rights
These documents are governed by the law stated in the Terms of service, subject to mandatory privacy, consumer and data-protection rights in the customer’s country. Customers operating outside Australia should obtain advice about obligations specific to their activity and location.
